个人简介

罗学涛,男,19642月出生,教授,博士生导师,材料学院副院长。19963月于西北工业大学博士研究生毕业,获得工学博士学位。19997月年破格晋升教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴荣誉,2005年任博士生导师。现任全国冶金法太阳能多晶硅产业技术创新联盟理事和多个国际冶金期刊的特约审稿委员。近几年在福建省自然科学基金重点项目“外场作用下多晶硅材料中杂质分离的机理研究(2007J0012)”、福建省科技重大专项专题项目“低成本多晶硅提纯及其太阳能电池的研究开发与产业化(2007HZ0005-2)”、NSFC-云南联合基金重点项目(项目批准号:U1137601)冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅中的真空精炼研究、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目(项目批准号: 2011BAE03B01)”冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅的关键技术及其产业化示范”的资助下,开展了造渣精炼、真空除磷、等离子除硼、定向凝固除杂的研究,为冶金法制备太阳能多晶硅积累了丰富实验经验和理论依据。


近年来参加承担国家自然基金重点项目、省重大科技专项、省重点基、企业委托横向课题20余项,主持经费1500余万元。在Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Separation of Purification TechnologyMetallurgical and materials transactions AJournal of the Electrochemical Society等国际重要学术期刊、国内国家级重要学术刊物上发表论文100余篇(其中SCI收录50余)。与项目相关的冶金法提纯多晶硅文章40余篇。申请发表专利近60项,授权50项,其中获得冶金法提纯多晶硅相关的国家发明专利20余项。
